This practice is beneficial for those who are looking to bring flexibility into their body. It uses longer holds in static poses. Stillness and breathing are the focus while we allow energy and circulation into the parts of our body that may be locked up. This is about the connective tissue, ligaments and tendons which can become tight or brittle from overuse or underuse

By combining soothing music, yogic breathing, gentle stretches, meditation, and yoga Nidra, we will induce a deep state of relaxation. Nidra is a form of sleep but without falling asleep

This will provide some heat building longer holds and flowing movement, followed by some breathing and meditation                  

Tuesday

We will go for some sweat in this class. Arm balances, leg balances. Transitions and sun salutations will improve balance, strength and stamina
